Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

To apply as a host, you must additionally hold a valid government-issued photo ID and pass our identity verification process.

You may register an account using your Google credentials or other methods we provide. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all your accounts.

The BeeYo Host Program allows approved individuals to earn income by providing 1-on-1 video call entertainment to users of the Service. By applying to become a host, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of BeeYo.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, tax obligations, and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• BeeYo reserves the right to approve or reject any host application at its sole discretion.
• Your acceptance into the Host Program does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings or user engagement.

Hosts earn income through the following mechanisms:

• Per-minute earnings: Based on the duration of video calls with users
• Virtual gifts: Monetary value of gifts received from users during calls
• Tips: Optional tips given by users
• Bonuses: Performance-based incentives determined by BeeYo

Commission rates and payment terms are communicated during onboarding and may be updated from time to time with prior notice. Payments are processed on a regular schedule (typically weekly) to your designated payout method, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold.

BeeYo reserves the right to withhold, deduct, or recover payments in cases of fraud, policy violations, chargebacks, or errors.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and government charges applicable to your earnings. BeeYo does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by law.

The Service, including its design, features, logos, and content, is owned by BeeYo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By uploading content (including profile photos and media) to the Service, you grant BeeYo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload and that such content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at vip@beeyo.me. Any outstanding earnings will be paid out according to our standard payment schedule, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Failure to pass identity verification
• At our sole discretion for operational reasons

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 11) will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings, user engagement, or call volume for hosts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEYO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU RECEIVED FROM US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeeYo is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
